Vakili Weaving’s shoelace production unit has become one of the main and largest suppliers of shoelaces in the market. Our products consistently maintain their customers due to their high quality and reasonable pricing.

Mattress Tape
One of the primary products of our tape-weaving unit is mattress tape. These tapes are used to enhance appearance (covering mattress edges and hiding warp/weft marks) and to increase mattress durability.
The standard width of mattress tape is typically 4.2 cm, but due to modern machinery, we have no limitations in producing different widths.
Due to the large number of active manufacturers in this field and diverse designs and preferences, mattress tape comes in many varieties. Vakili Textile produces its mattress tapes in 11 different designs, according to customer needs.
Elastic for Shoes
With advancements in Shoes design and the growing need for variety, designers and pattern-makers increasingly rely on elastic components for many men’s and women’s formal shoe models.
Due to this demand, our company supplies a wide range of elastics to support the shoes industry in Iran.
These elastics are produced in widths from 1 to 20 cm, in various colors, using high-quality imported rubber from Thailand and premium domestic yarns from reputable factories.
Tabriz is one of the main Shoes production hubs in Iran. Vakili Textile has been able not only to supply most of Tabriz’s elastic needs but also export to other major production centers such as Isfahan, Qom, and Mashhad. and we export our products to neghibouring countries such as Turkey, Iraq and Azerbayjan.
Orthopedic Elastic Band
Vakili elastic bandage is a stretchable and flexible bandage used to reduce swelling and help control pain by applying light pressure in cases of injury.
This product can be produced in various widths.
Saddlery Tape (Sewing Tape)
Due to the importance of saddlery tape in the production of bags and shoes — and the need for appropriate thickness and quality — we strive to use the best yarns available in Iran and neighboring countries to manufacture tapes with the highest quality and most competitive prices.
These tapes are produced in widths ranging from 0.5 cm to 10 cm.
Their function is not only to increase durability but also for decorative use on many sneakers and athletic shoes, especially around the heel and opening of the shoe.
The use of overlock machines in mattress-production factories has led us to package these tapes in roll format, preventing tangling and ensuring ease of use until they reach the customer.
